DAC Consulting, s.r.o. was founded in 2007 as a consulting firm of experts in the field of customs law, excise duty law, import VAT and all related legislation governing international trade. DAC Consulting, s.r.o. has been providing its services to its clients, either of large or small companies, engaged in trade within Slovakia, the European Union and third countries. As we have been providing consultancy in the field of excise duties and customs issues for many years, we are perfectly oriented in the whole field and we are able to provide quality service at a high professional level. JUDr. Maroš Prosman - expert in the field of customs law and excise duties
JUDr. Maroš Prosman is an attorney at law with many years of experience. He obtained his education in law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava, and he was in leading positions in the legal department of the Customs Directorate of the Slovak Republic for a long time. As part of his position, he had an opportunity to actively influence the development of customs issues in relation to the accession of the Slovak Republic to the European Union and even to represent the Slovak Republic during the various meetings of the Committees of the European Commission for customs and excise duties. He also gained a lot of experience during several internships and study periods in several countries of the European Union. He currently works as a partner and managing director of DAC Consulting.
Ing. Tibor Vojtko - expert in the field of customs
Ing. Tibor Vojtko is a long-term collaborator of DAC Consulting and currently works as an expert in the field of customs. He is also a partner and managing director of the company. He has been professionally engaged in the field of customs since the beginning of his customs career (1991). For more than twenty years, he was working in the customs administration, where he was working in various job positions, including the position of the Director of the Customs Directorate Department of the Slovak Republic. The main areas of his specialization within the last-mentioned position were customs proceedings and customs supervision, informatics and risk analysis. He participated actively in the process of preparation of the Slovak customs administration for accession to the EU and represented the Slovak Republic in several working groups of the European Commission. He has also worked intensively in the field of training.
Mgr. Bc. Roman Šajgalík - expert in the field of excise duties
Mgr. Bc. Roman Šajgalík obtained his education in law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava and his pedagogical education at the Faculty of Education of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. He specializes in the issue of excise duties, what he was dealing with during his long-term work in the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic. He also specializes in the field of VAT and tax proceedings.
JUDr. Rastislav Vysocký, LL.M. - expert in the field of customs law and excise duties
JUDr. Rastislav Vysocký, LL.M. obtained his education at the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Long-term work in the field of customs administration, including the work in position of Deputy of the Bratislava customs office, significantly helped him to obtain a broader knowledge within the customs issues. He specializes in customs and excise law. He was the legal guarantor in several legal fields related to customs. He was professionally engaged in various expert and working committees of the Director General and the Director of the Customs Office, he was representing the customs administration at the local and international level. He regularly provides lectures to the professional as well as to the general public.
